Product description:

This Ozon aircraft's compound eye sensor consists of many infrared-sensitive transistors and LEDs that track the movement of objects within 20 cm. Although the sensor is a whole, the information of each infrared (IR) photo transistor can still be read. The compound eye sensor adopts IIC communication mode, which makes data transmission easier.
Correcting ambient light is done by turning off the IR LED and comparing the values. If you want to improve the value read from the compound eye, you must calibrate it. It is recommended to wait until the IR light is not present at night. It should be noted that the infrared light can pass through the closed lily window, so if you don't want to wait until the evening, you can go to the basement or the room without windows, so you can measure the value. Place a piece of paper in front of the sensor (approximately 20 cm away) and observe the difference in values for each pin. The value difference is small (+/- 100) when using paper. If a value is too high, use an opaque tape or heat shrink film to block some of the infrared; if a value is too low, block some of the infrared light that is scattered on other sensors.
